Jay has been in the real estate industry for 22 years in the Greater Chattanooga/North Georgia areas. During a majority of these years, Jay has functioned as the Team Leader of the Craig Group, selling 100+ homes annually alongside his mother, Carol Craig, and now his eldest son, Drew Craig. In 2016, Jay took his next step into leadership, becoming the Team Leader / CEO of Keller Williams Greater Chattanooga Realty, which encompasses a market center and two business centers.
