At Keller Williams Greater Chattanooga, we offer a wide variety of in-house services including mortgage, title services, contract to close, productivity coaching, compliance assistance, and a non-competing Broker. We also have a full-time Director of Technology, Agent Services Coordinator, Director of First Impressions, and a Market Center Administrator office (for all of your money needs).
From the moment you arrive at our new building on Lee Highway, you can’t help but notice the recognition we give our associates as their names are IN LIGHTS on the front marquee. Stepping inside brings visitors to our CAPPER WALL devoted to those agents currently earning 100% commission. Digital signage indoors provides more opportunity for recognition, as well as our monthly newsletter and annual Awards Celebration.
Our client experience starts with a friendly hello and immediate service with the offer of cold bottled water or hot beverage. Guests can relax in the lobby area or our comfortable living room space. Associates meeting their clients can utilize any of the conference rooms where they can view properties in comfort using our high-resolution big-screen TVs. This new space is full of light and open spaces, including a living room “hang-out”, gourmet kitchen, a huge divisible high-tech Training Room, 3 conference rooms, and several outdoor spaces. There is a community workspace where associates can pop in to run a quick MLS search and two space-age “phone booths” for private phone calls or laptop work. We offer a wide variety of individual offices for rent, although there is often a waitlist for these highly-coveted offices.
We also have business centers in Hixson and Ooltewah, as well as full access to another business center in Dalton, GA. Business Centers are great for their convenient locations to different areas of our city. Associates will find available copier/printers, access to computer workstations, wifi hotspots, and conference rooms at each location.
Another great asset we have at our office is our own professional Social Media Podcast Studio that is FREE for our agents to use! This studio is versatile and can be used for your full length YouTube podcasts, social media videos such as Reels and TikTok videos, and even audio only podcasts!
