Ann Badgley is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. She loves helping buyers find their dream home. New construction is her niche and she is currently working in London Woods which is a new subdivision in Apison, Tennessee. Whether buying a spec house or building from the ground up, she is knowledgeable about the construction process and available amenities, as well as the community, the builder, house plans, selections, and the area. She will always have the buyer's best interest in mind.

Ann was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She has been married for over 30 years and lives in Ooltewah, Tennessee with her husband, two dogs, and a cat. She has four adult children and she spends her spare time with family and friends. She volunteered at her children's schools for many years, including Brainerd Baptist School and the development office at Girls Preparatory School. She volunteered from 2012-2024 for the Hamilton County Health and Safety Board representing the Hamilton County Mayor.
